Truly a fantastic experience! David & Stacy truly are great hosts and really know how to cater to any couple. They have a great "All In" experience, from the Hall, Décor, Staff, Amazing Food & all other accommodations that they made for us. Their Relaxed Rock On Attitudes help take you from stressed out, to laid back in no time. With Stacy's eye for detail & coordination, and the "free use" of most of their decorations, and what we brought, made it better than we could ever dream with us providing only 5 months to plan. Their amazing "family-like" partnership with Windsor Weddings truly made the "All in Experience" come to life. They synchronized very well with all of our other venues as well, making our 5 month planning period very stress free. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Rockstar Music Hall / Platinum Room to all newly weds.... FYI : Our Guests are still raving about the food.
I had the most perfect wedding reception at the Platinum Room and most of it was thanks to David, Stacy and their staff. Going above and beyond is an understatement of what they did for us. Everyone at the reception was blown away by how wonderful everything was there. The food was amazing, the service was perfect, and the decor and cake set up were even better than what I imagined. They even helped out with pictures and ensured that the decor was awesome, that I could move around in my dress and that the hot weather didn't ruin anything. They took the ideas I had and made them perfectly. It really is a one stop shop. They really took care of us and really wouldn't been able to pull off this covid wedding without them. They really do their best in trying to make anything you want work. Highly recommend! Thank you so much! Everything you did was very appreciated! And thank you for making sure we were good and having a good time through out!

David and Stacey went above and beyond for our wedding this past weekend. Food was fantastic and everything else went great throughout the evening. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone planning their wedding.
During these uncertain times (Covid), David and Stacy had our back no matter the restrictions, no matter how many times our plans changed, no matter if we decided to move forward at all. We never felt pressured one way or another, we always felt like we had their support and guidance. Platinum Room did an absolutely amazing job in a day! Everything was uncertain and ended up being very last min, as the restrictions changed the day before our wedding. They created something special for me. I didn't know what I was getting till I walked in the day before and they said they had something to show me. Wow! Under the circumstances, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Stacey and David went over and above to make our day wonderful. Platinum Room & RockStar Music Hall are both amazing options for any event. Highly recommended!
We had our wedding here. Everyone raved about the food. The decorations were perfect. They made the wedding happen smoothly even during a pandemic. They were able to make the adjustments to appease the Ministry of Health and wedding turned out beautifully. They went above and beyond even to the point of rigging up my shoe that was giving me grief. Overall an amazing and memorable night!
When my wife and I were looking for reception halls for our wedding 2 or 3 years ago we came across this beautiful venue by accident and it turned out to be a great decision because the management and kitchen staff went above and beyond the call of duty and made our wedding reception a great day to remember. I highly recommend this venue to anyone
Stacey and David are amazing !!! Had my wedding there on January 25th and they made it amazing !!!! The food was amazing, we had a couple Vegan meals and our quests loved it!! The whole day ran soo sooo smoothly!! I would recommend the Platinum room and Stacey and David over and over again !!
David and stacey are amazing people, they go above and beyond. I highly recommend this beautiful hall. our day was perfect and its thanks to them that it was so simple stress free and wonderful. the food was amazing too! I cannot thank them enough!
We had our wedding just this past weekend Oct 5th 2019 ... I can’t say enough about the service Stacy and David you out did yourselves!!! The food was amazing the wait staff was professional and very fair pricing no hidden anything.... they go over and above to make sure your day is special. Stacy is creative and non stop I can’t thank her enough for all the help our sweetheart table (that she decorated ) was Amazing!!! Thank you so much for everything !!!

We just had the most incredible event here! David Michael and Stacy were fantastic to deal with. They went over the top to accommodate our needs and changes along the way. They took customer service to a whole new level. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was a complete success. We will definitely be back!
Our daughter's wedding was held here last weekend and it could not have been more perfect! From the first meeting, Stacy and David made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. The room is elegant and the food was delicious! The Bridal Suite upstairs was perfect for getting ready. Tons of room and natural light made it easy for the huge wedding party to get ready, makeup and hair artists came to us, mimosas and food were shared, all making for a very relaxing wedding morning. I really can't say enough good things about this venue. If you have an upcoming wedding, make sure to check it out. You won't be disappointed!!
A big thanks goes out to the platinum room. From the management to the kitchen staff , my son( Josh) and daughter in law ( Samantha) had their wedding on October 27. Just want to say that the food was delicious , management made sure that the bride and groom could relax on their day, they took great care of them. And as the parents all we had to do was dance and have fun, they took care of every little detail so we didn't have to worry. Thanks again for all your great work you helped make the day flawless. |
